Announcement of Personnel and Organizational Changes
Tokyo, November 1, 2006 - Impress Holdings, Inc. (TSE: 9479), today announced the following personnel and organizational changes.
1. Overview
In order to proactively address public demand for corporate internal controls as stipulated in the New Companies Law and the Financial Products Transaction Law, Impress Holdings has established a new Internal Audit Office by separating the internal audit function that was previously a part of the Corporate Planning Office, and creating a substantive, independent internal audit function. At the same time, the Company will consider the establishment of a new group-wide internal control structure.
