Impress Changes Its Company Name and Establishes
a New Subsidiary through Corporate Separation
Tokyo, Oct. 1, 2004 -- Impress Corporation (TSE: 9479) today changed its company name to Impress Holdings, Inc., and established the new company Impress Corporation through corporate separation in line with a resolution made at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 24, 2004.
Going forward, Impress Holdings will, as a holding company overseeing such media corporations as the newly established company, work to bolster the competitiveness of the Group by realizing agile Group management and forming capital alliances.
